{"id":3969,"date":"2021-05-23T19:42:09","date_gmt":"2021-05-24T00:42:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/tanglewood36.com:\/wordpress\/?p=3969"},"modified":"2021-05-23T19:43:33","modified_gmt":"2021-05-24T00:43:33","slug":"2021-regular-inter-club-match-against-bermuda-run","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tanglewood36.com\/?p=3969","title":{"rendered":"2021 Regular Inter-Club Match vs Bermuda Run"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Our Regular Inter-club team opened their <strong><em>home<\/em><\/strong> season last Saturday, May 15th, hosting Bermuda Run.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once again, our guys played well, but Bermuda Run had some exceptional scores (including a gross 62!), and we came out on the short end of a 48.5 to 31.5 decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The team of Josh Dalton and Del Long pulled out a &#8216;halve&#8217; in the final match, saving a sweep by BR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once again, team Tanglewood had some stellar play, but it  wasn&#8217;t enough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The team of Jeremy Ray and Eli Kennedy shot one, and two-over respectively (net best ball 64), but it was no match for the aforementioned 62, which contributed to a net best ball <strong>58<\/strong> by their BR opponents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eli also continued our Inter-club streak of Aces, holing out on #11!!  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was our second Regular Inter-club match, and our second Ace!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next up for team Tanglewood is a trip to visit Oak Valley on Saturday, May 29th, where we&#8217;ll look to &#8216;right the ship&#8217; and pull out a tough &#8216;away&#8217; victory.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our Regular Inter-club team opened their home season last Saturday, May 15th, hosting Bermuda Run.
