As most of you are aware, Daniel Byrd’s under 17 junior team is heading to New Mexico for the first ever NATIONAL junior tournament.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Daniel and his various teams (he coaches several age brackets) have won numerous state and Carolinas championships the past few years, but this will be their first national competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Thank you to all the TGA members, Ladies TGA members, and Tanglewood patrons who have donated cash, time and other resources to these young kids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They’re all outstanding young people, and Daniel (and Mike Childress) continue to do an outstanding job building this program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
