The regular season of the 2025 Carolinas Golf Association\u2019s Interclub Matches has concluded. Sixty-four teams in each division (Carolinas, Senior and Super Senior) have advanced to the playoffs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our TGA Carolinas Division Team, captained by Mark Harper Jr., finished with a 3 & 3 record and 246 points in their pod to clinch a spot in the playoffs. Like son, like father, our Senior Division team was captained by Mark Harper Sr. and they also finished with a 3 & 3 record and 241 points in their pod and clinched a spot in the playoffs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the Super Senior Division, our TGA team was captained by Hugh Quinn and the team also finished with a 3 & 3 record and 238.5 points. At the same point total was Maple Chase, Carolinas Lakes Blue, and Blackmoor 2. All four teams ended in a tie for 65th place which is one over the cut line. Very close but no cigar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The first round of the playoffs is to be completed by August 17. Ultimately the finals are at River Landing GC in Wallace in mid-November.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
