We have another 2026 tournament in the books.

On the raffle, Jack Piziak won the big prize of a pro shop gift certificate and a giant bottle of Jack Daniel’s. There were a lot of great prizes. We thank the Travison girls, Laura and Kelley, for all they did for us.

On to golf, it’s really interesting that across most flights the scores were very similar to any other 14 club max tournament. The lack of club options makes you get creative, you have to. When they go right, it’s fun….like running a three wood from 170 on the 18th fairway to the green. When they don’t work, it’s still fun…like running a 5 hybrid from 145 on #2 and watching it barely, just barely roll of the back of the green. It was fun for a while.

Todd Brown and Jack Piziak were two of the big winners. Todd had low Gross in Super Senior A and a greenie; Jack had a roughly $100 raffle prize and a 1st Net in Super Senior B.

I’ve got to thank Billy Sawyers for taking over check-in for me. It was an hour and a half gig, that gave me the opportunity to get out there. Billy said he had fun! The team of Wilson-Levine-Payne handled the scoring, which resulted in a fast, easy tournament wrap-up. Thank you all.
